Our villa is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condominium (Villa #434) in Admiral's Row "B" building, Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. It is fully furnished with everything you'll need:

• The condo is just steps from the beach - just a short walk through the parking lot to the end of the building, over the dunes and you're there!

• Sleeps 6:  1 queen bed, 2 twins & queen size sleeper sofa 

• TV, DVD and VCR

• 3 TV's: Living Room, Master Bedroom, and a 3rd in the 2nd bedroom (with front input jacks for your game console)

• Cable TV including (including CNN, ESPN, Lifetime, SciFi, History Channel, A&E, Disney, Nickelodeon)

• bookshelf stereo unit w/cassette and CD player

• free local phone service

• Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender 

• Fully equipped kitchen - utensils, pots, pans, glassware, etc.

• Central air conditioning  & ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.

• Full balcony overlooking resort with great ocean view 

• Towels, linens and starter supply of bath/face soap, toilet tissue and dish soap are provided. 

• Very convenient to elevator and coin-operated washer/dryers; wheelchair ramp to elevator

Our condo is a non-smoking unit.

The resort does not allow pets of any kind.

(We keep our dog at a local pet lodge and take him for walks during the day.)
