Our villa is located mid-island at the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, an oceanfront resort on what's considered the best stretch of beach on the Island. It is about 6 miles from the bridge connecting Hilton Head Island with the mainland and is located near numerous shopping , dining and recreational opportunities. The resort is very family oriented and provides all the amenities you would want including:

• Beautiful wide, sandy beach with private access
• 2 swimming pools -- the largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head (Olympic size) and a smaller pool near the Admiral's Row building
• 10 lighted hard surface tennis courts with a pro shop
• Bike and skate rental on-site  
• Children's summer activity program (in season)

• Oceanside bar & grill with evening entertainment (in season)

Our condo is a non-smoking unit.

The resort does not allow pets of any kind.

(We keep our dog at a local pet lodge and take him for walks during the day.)
