Rates include cleaning before and after your stay. 3 night minimum required. Weekly rentals preferred Memorial Day until Labor Day (Saturday to Saturday). Check- out is by 10:00 am and check-in is after 4:00 pm to allow for cleaning between guests. All rates are subject to state and local taxes (currently 11%). Special offers are subject to removal at any time

All rates are subject to a refundable $20 key deposit and 11% state and local taxes.
We require a $200 deposit within 7 days of reserving the condo and the balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. We accept personal checks, money orders and credit card payments (thru Paypal). |
